Vibro Screen

Vibro Screen for Food is the most efficient technique for vibration testing, using gyratory vibration. It creates 100% rotating movement and sifts the dispersion of the fabric by swirling & stratification. In Horizontal movement, feed substance continually moves along a grid motif on the vibroscreen surface. Vibroscreen sifter offers optimum testing and ensures highest feed rate and effectiveness.

The vibroscreen is powered by a unique sort of vertically assembled engine with the top and smaller part of the tube being excentric. Rotation of bottom weight out of equilibrium triggers Horizontal plane vibration, whereas reduced weight rotation creates vertical air spin & friction.

The Vibro Screen for Namkeen core is its unique high duties, Robust Motor, with top & bottom out of equilibrium weight. Different spiral-screening models are acquired by altering their lead angle to fit distinct application. It is also called the Vibro energy separator.
